BRAND REFINEMENT

& ROLLOUT

Overview

AMS engaged Virtual Services to support the evolution and rollout of its brand across AMS, Workforce Management (WFMS) and Insurance Management (LIMS).

As the business entered a new chapter, the visual identity was refined to better reflect the organisation today while creating a practical brand system that could scale across every touchpoint.

Opportunity

AMS was evolving. Workforce Management and Insurance Management had grown into distinct business units, creating an opportunity to give each a clearer identity while better reflecting the direction of the organisation.

The challenge wasn’t simply refreshing the visuals, it was creating a brand system that could be adopted confidently across every team, platform and environment.

The existing identity was refined to create a cleaner, more modern brand that better reflected the evolving business. This included expanding the colour palette, refining business unit and product logos, introducing a new brand pattern, refreshing the imagery direction and developing a practical suite of brand guidelines.

A comprehensive guideline system was developed to support consistent implementation across the organisation.

Implementation

To support day-to-day adoption, a suite of branded tools and templates was developed across the organisation.

Deliverables: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Canva Brand Kits, Microsoft Teams backgrounds, LinkedIn banners, Digital marketing assets.

Every asset was designed to be practical, scalable and easy for internal teams to use.

Environmental Rollout

The refreshed identity was also implemented across physical environments.

Outcome

The project transformed an evolving visual identity into a practical brand system that supports the next chapter of AMS.

By refining the identity, creating clearer brand distinctions across the business units and delivering practical implementation tools, AMS now has a modern, scalable brand foundation that reflects the organisation today while supporting its future growth.
